Rosin Creek Collaborative, LLC is a construction business located in near Chestertown, Maryland servicing the Eastern Shore of Maryland  and Annapolis.

Our company is a smaller firm of under ten employees with a focus on exceptionally high service and craftsmanship. The “collaborative” piece of our namesake comes from a philosophy and our belief that successful projects are a collaborative effort between the owner, design professional and trades people. We are part of a whole and prefer to emphasize the importance of being a team.

Our work specialties are renovation, historic restoration, rehabilitation and adaptive re-use as well as new construction that requires thoughtful and high quality service and craftsmanship.
